Tour de Frederick 2015
A Great Success!

Thank you goes out to everyone that helped Boys & Girls Club of Frederick County either by volunteering or by sponsoring us this past week-end!  Our Tour de Frederick was an unqualified success!  Director of Tour de Frederick, Carole Heine, and her committee have been working double-time planning and organizing the event this year.  Evidently it all has paid off!  We met our goal with over 500 riders in all 6 rides.  The final dollars raised has not been tabulated, but we should know what we raised by the end of this week or early next week.

Saturday, August 15th, was our busiest day of the week-end.  We had the Century Ride, The Metric Ride, Club Riders Ride, and a Family Ride.  After the last ride, The Will Group Foundation of Frederick, sponsored our Finish Line Party!  The fundraising team that raised the most money was "Car Care Crew"!  A big thanks to "Care Care Crew" and the rest of the teams for raising money for our Club!  On Sunday, we had our last ride, The Covered Bridge Ride, and it ended up at Utica Park. All in all, it was a great week-end!
